Lifestars is an Aberdeen-based charity dedicated to helping children across the North-east of Scotland build confidence, leadership skills and resilience through active learning experiences.
As the charity continued to grow, its brand and digital presence no longer reflected the impact it was making in schools and communities.
With no in-house marketing team, Lifestars needed a trusted partner to help raise awareness, engage supporters and create a stronger, more consistent presence across every touchpoint.
Since 2022, we have worked alongside Lifestars as an extension of their team, providing ongoing marketing support across social media, PR, events, photography, videography and community engagement. What began as voluntary support evolved into a long-term partnership focused on helping the charity grow its profile and maximise its impact.
As part of this journey, we identified an opportunity to completely transform the Lifestars brand and create a stronger platform for future growth.
Through a series of workshops and strategy sessions, we developed a completely refreshed brand identity that better reflected the charity’s personality, values and ambition. This included a new logo, updated messaging, refreshed visual identity and comprehensive brand guidelines designed to create consistency across all communications.
The result was a brighter, more confident brand that captured exactly what Lifestars stands for while providing a strong foundation for future activity.
With the new identity in place, we designed and developed a brand-new website that better showcased the charity’s work, improved user experience and created a platform capable of supporting future fundraising, partnerships and awareness activity.
Alongside the website, we rolled out the new brand across marketing materials, social media assets, event collateral and digital communications to create a consistent experience across every audience touchpoint.
Over the years, members of the Prospect 13 team have supported school initiatives, careers events, workshops and community activities, helping the charity continue its mission of empowering young people through active learning.
This hands-on involvement has helped us build a genuine understanding of the organisation and the positive impact it has on children across the region.
