There is no specific job title (yet!). Instead, it’s about finding people who feel like the right fit for how we work. We’re looking for smart, curious, switched-on marketers and creative communicators who want to be part of a team that gives a sh*t about the stories we tell and the people behind them.
We’re a full-service marketing and communications agency based in Aberdeen, working across Professional Services, Software, Tech, Oil and Gas, Third Sector, Construction, Property and Agriculture. No two days look the same. One minute you’re shaping content strategies, the next your filming social media content and distributing press releases.
You don’t need to know everything. We can teach the skills, share the knowledge and support your development across marketing, communications and digital channels. What matters more is how you work, how you communicate and how you show up as part of our team.
We work flexibly, splitting time between home and the office. When we’re in the office, it’s lively, chatty and collaborative. There’s a lot of talking things through, sharing ideas and working together to deliver strong marketing campaigns and client results. We love the work, working together and seeing great results even more.
We also believe in having a life outside of work. Holidays are encouraged, flexibility is trusted and looking after each other is part of the deal. We’re a close team and that shows in how we work together day to day.
