Working as part of an imaginative team who love stretching design boundaries and setting artistic licences free, we are looking for a talented creative superhero to join our super busy agency.
The successful candidate will be involved in developing ideas and creating a range of print and online marketing and communication materials for a diverse portfolio of clients. Working alongside our Creative Manager and wider marketing team, you will produce high-quality, captivating and eye-catching design outputs to perfectly capture and promote our clients’ and Prospect 13’s visual identities.

- You are efficient using design software and graphics editing software
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Work closely with the marketing team and Creative Manager to brainstorm concepts and ideas
- Assist with the creation of promotional materials including flyers, brochures and online materials
- Create eye-catching social media content including carousels, gifs, short videos, and imagery
- Edit, crop, manipulate and subtitle photos and video assets
- Act as a brand guardian for Prospect 13 and our clients, ensuring visual identity and design best practice is adhered to across all channels
- Keep creative folders up to date and organised
- Assist Creative Manager on ad-hoc large-scale projects
- Keep on trend with the latest design trends
REQUIREMENTS:
- A desire to learn and keep learning
- Strong understanding of design principles
- Demonstrable ability to multi-task and adhere to tight deadlines
- Well-organised and a team player
- First-rate skills in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and video editing software e.g. Premiere Pro / Final Cut Pro
- Comfortable working in Microsoft Office & MacOS
- Knowledge of design techniques, such as prototyping
- Excellent communication
- Degree in Graphic design or related field
- Driving licence preferable
HOURS & SALARY:
20 hours per week with a view to extending to full time by Q4 – 2024
£23,000 pro-rata
