We are thrilled to be celebrating our very own shining star Sarah Kelly who has landed a place in the finals of the Northern Star Business Awards 2023!
Sarah, who is our Digital Marketing Enthusiast, has been announced as a finalist in the NSBA’s Student Placement category, thanks to her hard work and commitment during her university placement year.
Sarah joined the Prospect 13 team earlier this year on a 12-week placement during which her initial focus centred on working with the experienced team to create two client websites so that, during her tenure, she would be able to taste different stages of web development and see the projects become reality.
However, realising that Sarah was too good to say goodbye to after 12 weeks, our Managing Director Cerri McDonald, quickly offered Sarah a full-time summer job (which is now part-time during term time) giving her valuable industry experience as she completes her final year of a Digital Marketing degree at RGU.
Commenting on her finalist position, Sarah said: “Prospect 13 offers an environment for my creativity to flourish and I’m delighted to have gained such valuable experience in a wide variety of digital marketing activities.
“I have felt empowered to share ideas and add value to various projects for a broad client base. I’m so grateful to have had the opportunity to become part of the Prospect 13 team and to feel welcome, both professionally and personally. I am returning to university feeling confident, well-rounded and ready to gain further experience thanks to my placement position.
“I have honed so many valuable skills that will stand me in excellent stead, wherever my career takes me.”

The NSBA’s, which celebrate the exceptional accomplishments of organisations across the North-east of Scotland, will be presented at a ceremony at P&J Live on April 28th next year.
