Prospect 13 announced the opening of an office in Aberdeen’s Innovation Park following a string of contract wins

Prospect 13 today announced the opening of an office as a result of expansion and increased staff.   The new office supports the company’s vision to create a collaborative working environment as it continues to strengthen and grow their strategic marketing support offering.

A one-year lease has been signed for a five-desk serviced office at the James Gregory Centre in Aberdeen Innovation Park in Bridge of Don.  The growing team has now settled into the recently renovated facilities providing a strong base to continue building the subscription-based business.

Founded by Managing Director, Cerri McDonald, following redundancy from the Oil & Gas sector last year, Prospect 13 works with small, local organisations to deliver on-demand access to a wide range of marketing services.   With a drive and passion for helping companies get heard in busy, competitive markets, Prospect 13 has a modern approach to outsourced marketing, through an affordable customised subscription service.  The company works closely with clients to bring strategic marketing vision and insights and delivers a hands-on specialised service that is tailored to suit specific business and growth challenges.

In just nine months following start-up, with a growing team of three and an expanding client base, Prospect 13 offers an ideal service for companies with no internal marketing skills or a larger organisation with limited or over stretched marketing resource.   The subscription-based service is suitable for all businesses and budgets and provides the ability to tap into a range of specialist marketing support activities on a flexible, ongoing basis using an experienced virtual marketing professional.

Cerri McDonald said: “I am thrilled to move into our first office and bring my highly skilled team together in such a respected business environment.  I am confident this new base will bring significant benefits to our clients and also support our own growth strategy.  We are currently supporting a diverse range of clients and are delighted to be working with thriving businesses across the region.  Prospect 13’s success so far has been extremely fast paced and our approach to outsourced marketing has received fantastic feedback across a variety of sectors including Education, Food & Drink, Professional Services, IT, Events, Travel Management and Oil & Gas.  This is an exciting time and the contract wins are a testament to the hard work and quality service being delivered.  I look forward to working closely with an array of successful businesses providing peace of mind that their marketing is being managed by experienced professionals that become part of their team”.

Mark Holmes, head of asset management with Moorfield Group added: “We are delighted that Cerri has chosen the James Gregory Centre for her new and expanding business. Prospect 13 is an excellent addition to the impressive entrepreneurial occupier mix we have in our serviced office space around the Innovation Park and we wish her every success.”
