We at Prospect 13, a leading Aberdeen marketing agency, are thrilled to announce a series of new leadership appointments aimed at strengthening our operations and supporting further growth across the region. This exciting development coincides with us celebrating our sixth anniversary in business this month.
The new management line up taking the helm at our Bridge of Don-based Aberdeen marketing agency includes our former Digital Marketing Lead, Louise Smyth, who steps into the newly created role of Operations Manager. We also welcome Ashleigh Walker, who joins us as the new Marketing Manager, Jennifer Taylor as Communications Manager, and Ash Buchan as Digital Marketing Expert.
Our founder, Cerri McDonald, is stepping into a more executive position within the company as CEO. Under her visionary leadership, Prospect 13 has become an innovative marketing and communications agency, delivering outsourced marketing support to help small to medium businesses reach their creative marketing potential. Since our launch in August 2018, we have evolved to deliver strategic marketing vision and insights with a results-driven, uplifting approach, bolstered by a team of 11 dynamic communications professionals.
Our creative talent, combined with a unique business approach to delivering our clients’ marketing and communications functions, sets Prospect 13 apart from other agencies. By purposefully ensuring each client has access to a pool of the best creative talent where skills are matched to client needs as required, we do not assign a single account manager, allowing clients to benefit from a range of expertise.
“We are proud to do things differently at Prospect 13, as breaking the mould and making an impact is what we’re all about,” said Cerri. “Our clients have access to our collective knowledge and expert skillsets as we strive to become a natural extension to their team by delivering support on strategic marketing, branding, web development, PR, digital marketing, graphic design, and events.”
Commenting on the new appointments, Cerri added, “I’m delighted Louise has taken the reins as Operations Manager to continue building our solid foundation, ensuring a seamless client experience with the excellent levels of customer service our clients have come to expect from Prospect 13. Along with Ashleigh stepping into the newly created role of Marketing Manager, and Jennifer and Ash in their respective roles, we are making positive changes and positioning the company for future growth.”
Ashleigh Walker brings a wealth of marketing expertise and experience across a range of industries, having worked in London and Australia over the last 10 years. As Operations Manager, Louise brings with her extensive digital marketing industry experience, having held the position of Digital Marketing Lead with Prospect 13 for 18 months.
“I’m hugely excited to be taking on the role of Operations Manager during this transitional phase of change and growth for Prospect 13,” said Louise.
“I’m looking forward to drawing on the existing skills and experience I have gained to help guide the company’s expansion and to ensure robust processes and best practices as we advance. The opportunity to lead the fantastic team at Prospect 13 and to help build on the positive momentum is one I am relishing as we continue building on the successes we deliver as part of our mission to improve future outlooks.”
As a leading Aberdeen marketing agency, we are excited about the future and the opportunities these new leadership appointments bring. Stay tuned for more updates as we continue to grow and innovate.
