Prospect 13 is proud to commit to the Young Person’s Guarantee and join employers across Scotland in creating opportunities for young people.

The Young Person’s Guarantee is a joint commitment to provide opportunities for all 16-24 year olds in Scotland through jobs, apprenticeships, further and higher education, training programmes and volunteering.

Prospect 13 provides opportunities for young people through actively supporting a number of youth initiatives and organisations...

• RGU Placement – we have taken on two, 12-week placement students, allowing them to soak up practical, hands-on digital marketing skills to improve their future career prospects, both students are not part of our team.
• Career Ready Programme – our Managing Director, Cerri McDonald is mentoring an S5 student for the next two years to introduce her into the world of work and help develop goals and key life skills.
• Lifestars – a children's charity in Aberdeen that is driven to improve the lives of local school children. We have been enhancing their stakeholder materials, social media presence, and increasing their profile in the local media.
